Roshan began his career in Finance in 2021 as an intern with Baird. He holds a degree in Finance and minor in Accounting, providing him with a solid foundation in financial analysis, investment strategies and tax planning. Roshan was one of a select few individuals accepted into Baird’s highly competitive "Financial Advisor Foundations Program" in February 2022. He spent nearly two years at our Headquarters in Milwaukee learning from industry-leading experts and working behind the scenes to truly understand what it means to be a Financial Advisor. Through this program, Roshan honed and sharpened his financial planning and tax planning skills while obtaining his SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses. Roshan also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) designation.
Now, as a Financial Advisor, Roshan focuses on helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized financial planning and investment management. His dedication to simplifying complex financial concepts and his commitment to clients make him a natural fit within the team.
Outside of work, Roshan actively contributes to his community through leadership and volunteer service. He serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the JD Sheth Foundation, Treasurer for Wesselman Woods Nature Preserve, and as an Advisory Board member for the Immigrant Welcome Resource Center, where he leads the Financial Services Committee.
- JD Sheth Foundation: Roshan regularly volunteers to advance the organization’s mission of improving education, health, and well-being for children and the elderly both in the U.S. and globally. In summer 2024, he joined 14 volunteers from across the country on a service trip to Belize, partnering with Hand in Hand Ministries to build a home for a single mother.
- Wesselman Woods Nature Preserve: Roshan supports efforts to protect and preserve one of the largest urban old-growth forests in the United States, helping the organization achieve its conservation and educational goals.
- Immigrant Welcome Resource Center: Roshan dedicates time to assist immigrants in the Evansville area with settling into life in the U.S. He provides financial education on budgeting, investing, and retirement planning, empowering newcomers to build a secure future.
Roshan enjoys working out, hiking, and spending time with his family and dog named Kimchi.
